Chauffeured Transportation in Beaufort and the Sea Islands
Beaufort is far enough from the airports to make ground transportation an actual decision rather than an afterthought. Savannah is an hour southwest. Charleston is an hour and a half northeast. Hilton Head is 45 minutes down SC-170. None of that is difficult, but all of it is a long time to spend behind the wheel at 4 a.m. or after a late arrival.

We run chauffeured cars and shuttles across Beaufort proper, the Point, Mossy Oaks, Lady’s Island, St. Helena Island, Dataw, Cat Island, and out toward Fripp and Harbor Island.
Airport Transfers From Beaufort
Savannah/Hilton Head International (SAV) is the workhorse — roughly 60 to 75 minutes via SC-170 and I-95, with the best carrier selection in the region.
Charleston International (CHS) runs about 90 minutes up US-21 and I-95, and is often the better fare for connections north.
Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) is around 45 minutes and convenient when the schedule works.
All three are quoted flat-rate with the flight tracked, and we meet arrivals inside rather than in a pickup lane. See airport transportation and shuttle.
Parris Island Graduation Transportation
This is the single biggest reason families call us in Beaufort. Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island runs graduations most weeks, and families fly in from all over the country — usually into Savannah, sometimes Charleston, often on a tight Wednesday-to-Friday window.
The practical problems are consistent. Family members arriving on different flights. Elderly grandparents who shouldn’t be navigating a rental car and a base gate on Family Day. Base access requirements. Parking that fills early on the parade deck.
We handle airport pickups for the whole family, run the group to the depot for Family Day and the graduation ceremony, and get everyone back to the airport afterward. One vehicle, one driver who knows the gate procedure, no rental car returns to worry about. Book these early — graduation weeks fill months ahead.
Weddings and Events
Beaufort’s downtown historic district, the Waterfront Park, and the plantation-era venues out on Lady’s Island and Dataw draw a steady wedding calendar, plus the Beaufort Water Festival every July.
Guest shuttles between downtown inns and an out-of-town venue are the usual ask. We run loops, hold the vehicle for the end of the night, and work off your planner’s schedule. See wedding transportation and special event transportation.
Dinner, Galas, and Nights Out
Bay Street’s restaurants, the Beaufort Inn, and the charity gala circuit that runs through fall and spring all generate evening work. A car means you’re not circling for a spot on Bay Street and not making a judgment call about the second glass of wine. Our dinner and gala transportation covers those runs.
The Fleet
Sedans and SUVs for one to six passengers. Executive sprinters for eight to fourteen — the right size for most Parris Island family groups. Motorcoaches for larger wedding and event movements.
Licensed by the State of South Carolina for limousine operation under ORS #9758, and by the FMCSA under USDOT #3896899 and MC #1457054. The federal authority is what permits us to carry passengers for hire across the Georgia line to Savannah, which is where most Beaufort airport traffic goes. Not every local operator holds it.
Common Questions
How early do I need to leave Beaufort for a flight from Savannah?
Plan on a pickup about three hours before departure for a domestic flight. That’s a 60 to 75 minute drive plus airport time, with a cushion for I-95.
Can you take us onto Parris Island?
We drop and collect at the appropriate access point per depot procedure. Give us the graduation date at booking and we’ll confirm the current arrangements — they do change.
Do you serve Fripp Island and Harbor Island?
Yes, along with St. Helena, Dataw, and Cat Island. See our service area page for the full coverage list.
Can you do a round trip to Charleston for the day?
Yes. Hourly charters and flat-rate day trips are both available.
