At Platinum Executive Coaches we strive to accommodate every fare with exceptional service. It is recommended to book at least 24hrs in advance. ​​

We offer 3 types of fares: Airport, Point-to-Point, and Hourly.

With the exception of Airport transfers, all fares after 5pm are Hourly with a 3hr minimum.​

Terms of Service
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Reservations may be cancelled up to 24hrs prior to service for a refund of the balance minus deposit. No refunds for cancellations within 24hrs of service.
Platinum Executive Coaches, LLC is not liable in the event of an unforseen service interruption while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
Damages: Platinum Executive Coaches, LLC provides luxury transportation intended for responsible clientele. Professional behavior and attire is required for service. For clarity: this is not a party bus and clientele are expected to enjoy the service responsibly. If beverages are present, each passenger is responsible for securing the contents. The cleaning fee for food or beverage spills is a minimum of $250 and may be more if additional expenses are required. Damage to the vehicle’s seats, TV, sound system, touch screens, or onboard controls is a minimum of $1000 and may be more if additional expenses are required. Drug use in the vehicle is prohibited by law. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted in any of our limousines. Alcohol is strictly prohibited if any passengers are under 21 years old at the time of service. The driver has the right to terminate a transfer without refund if there is any blatant indiscretion of the client. Any and all fines will be paid for by the customer and charged to the card on file.
Pets: Any pets travelling are to be disclosed at the time of booking and a fee of $50 per pet is to be applied. Besides registered service animals, all pets are to be secured in a pet carrier. Any mess in the vehicle due to a pet is a minimum of $500 and may be more if additional expenses are required.
Additional Time: After the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the Trip Sheet will apply at the seasonal hourly rate. Not responsible for delays or the termination caused by traffic, weather, or unsafe road conditions (accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid in advance or to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Private Jet Policy: If the plane is more than 15 minutes late the fare transitions to the seasonal hourly rate with a 2hr minimum.
