Airport Transfers From Bluffton
Bluffton’s location is the good news here. Savannah/Hilton Head International (SAV) is roughly 25 to 35 minutes from most of Bluffton — closer than it is from Hilton Head, and with no bridge to cross. For a 6 a.m. departure that difference matters.
Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) runs 20 to 30 minutes east depending on where you start and what US-278 is doing. Charleston International (CHS) is about two hours up I-95 and worth it when the fare gap is large enough.

For Sun City residents in particular, an early-morning car beats asking a neighbor at 4 a.m. or leaving a vehicle in long-term parking for two weeks.
Palmetto Bluff and Wedding Weekends
Palmetto Bluff is the single biggest driver of group transportation in Bluffton. Twenty thousand acres, a Montage property at the center of it, and wedding parties that arrive from three different airports over two days.
The logistics are real. Guests scattered between Wilson Village cottages, the Inn, and rentals back in Bluffton proper. A ceremony at the chapel, cocktails somewhere else, a reception that ends late and needs everyone moved safely. Calhoun Street has turned into a genuine dining destination — oyster bars, the Thursday farmers market, art galleries, and a handful of restaurants that book out weeks ahead. Bluffton also feeds a steady flow of dinner traffic into Savannah’s historic district, about 35 minutes away.

For domestic departures we typically build in a pickup two and a half hours before wheels-up, which usually means leaving Bluffton about 2 hours 15 minutes out. Holiday weekends, add thirty minutes.

Do you do one-way trips to Charleston or Atlanta?

Hourly charters carry a minimum that varies by vehicle and date. Point-to-point transfers don’t — those are quoted as a flat fare.
